We had an agreement that in return for some turbo 2007 I needed( 79 original pieces ) , I offered 5 Turbo 1-50. later, because I needed a few other surprises , he wanted 7 turbo 1-50. before the completion of the transaction i realized that it is too much, especially as he discovered that he can't give me everything we convenient, and I said that I can offer just 5 Turbo 1-50. I talked to him at the phone , he suggesting to deal at 6 pieces. my final offer that I proposed to him was 5 Turbo 1-50 , 1 silver and 1 2003 rus , for those 72 turbo 3007 and any other 3 turbo violet, 1x 401-470 , 2 turbo 2003 turkey, and 471-540 about 5 turbo ( S thick and thin ). I think is more than fair , not to say I exaggerate , turbo 2007 sells for $ 1.5 ... basically he gave me surprises 100-130 $ , for which I gave him 5 of 1-50 + 1 silver + 1 2003 RUS. After I talked to Purluca somebody else offered me 1000 RON(I asked 1325 RON). that means 300$. Of course I declined the offer. I basically refused 300$ in exchange for 72 turbo 2007 ( $ 1.5 / pcs ), 2 turbo 2003 turkey (1.5$/pcs), 3 violet ( 3 USD / pcs ), 1x 401-470 ( 5 USD / pc ) and 5 turbo 471-540 ( 1 USD / pcs) and I offered 5 turbo 1-50 + 1 silver turbo 261-330 + 1 2003 RUS. I offered him a much bigger value but ... now comes the surprise. Although I'm in vacation not in the country and I can not check at the post office if I received the package , he received my package today and started to scream why he didn't received 6 turbo 1-50 ! although I notified him through mail AFTER phone conversation my final offer. Even if he started a tirade of emails a highly offensive and threatening tone , without expecting even speak to me before , I decided to make exchange back the hole lot. but he refused the offer but still continued with insults and threats. Like I said , i'm not in the country so this is the only post on the subject. I'm not wasting my time to argue on forums. you judge if exchange was or not correct and valuably FAIR. Note that he already have a reputation for not sending , there is at least one other collector who says , actually Purluca confirmed by, the fact that he failed to send two parcels from him ! |
